ImageRAR

ImageRAR is a feather-light and portable application that gives you the possibility to merge common image files with archives, in order to produce photos which can be uploaded on discussion boards hosted  by you. This way, you can set restrictions and allow users to upload only images while blocking any other type of content.
The interface it's wrapped in is represented by a single window with a handful of options that can be approached by any kind of users, even those inexperienced with tools dedicated to manipulating graphic files or archives.

Merge graphic files with archives

An image can be located and added with the aid of the file browser, as long as it has the .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png or .tif format. In the following steps, you can pick the compressed file to combine it with (.zip, .rar, .7z, .gz, .iso) as well as establish the destination directory, name and graphic extension of the resulted file.

Files were quickly created in our tests while the utility remained light on system resources consumption. It was stable throughout its runtime and didn't stop responding to commands at any point.
Although it doesn't have richer features, ImageRAR offers a simple and straightforward method for joining images and archives to create new photos to upload on discussion boards.
