IP Viewer

IP Viewer is an intuitive software program that shows you the local host name and internal and external IP address. It doesn't bundle special features, making it ideally for users who prefer a straightforward program, such as network administrators.
The setup procedure is rapid and does not require special attention from the user. Once it finishes, you can check out a small, regular window with a plain structure, representing the app's interface.
The "what you see is what you get" principle clearly applies to IP Viewer, as there are no other options available, aside from the ones visible in the main panel.
The tool automatically shows the internal host name, internal and external IP address at startup, and lets you copy either IPs to the Clipboard by clicking a button.
In addition, it is possible to refresh information and minimize IP Viewer to the system tray area, in order to bring up its panel any time you're working in other applications.
The small app is very low-demanding when it comes to system resources, using a low amount of CPU and RAM. It has a good response time and works well, without causing the OS to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Unfortunately, IP Viewer has not been updated for a pretty long time, and it does not work properly on newer OS platforms.
