Easy to integrate with Paint.net

There is no installation pack involved. Instead, you can copy the downloaded DLL file to the "Effects" folder of Paint.net, relaunch the application if it was already running, as well as access the plugins from various submenus of the "Effects" menu. They're labeled with a small icon that looks like the piece of a puzzle.
Once you've loaded an image, you can apply a stencil effect, adjust the bias and invert colors, soften the photo edges and tweak the phase and amount, as well as generate a varicose effect using primary and secondary colors, or black and white.
