Syncing the content from an iPhone device with data stored onto a computer is a quite common task, as is transferring files to and from the iOS powered device. There are numerous applications that were created specifically for such purposes and one of them is JuiceDrop.
This particular tool aims to make it very easy for anyone to add pictures, documents, multimedia and any other type of file to a connected iPhone. A great thing about JuiceDrop is that jailbreaking the device is not necessary in order to enjoy the full functionality of the program.
This software works in the simplest possible manner, more precisely, through drag and drop operations. Another advantage of this utility is the fact that users can actually associate certain file types with folders on the iPhone, so that when a specific kind of data is being transferred, the files are placed directly in the location assigned for that extension.
JuiceDrop supports only transfers through a cable connection, so users will have to connect the iPhone device to their computer using the dedicated USB cable. Wireless or Bluetooth connectivity is not supported at this time for moving data with this application.
There is a simple way in which users can bring up the main window of this app, namely through a keyboard shortcut. This hotkey can modified and there is another choice that can be made in terms of connectivity, more precisely related to the protocol in use, which can be be either AFC or AFC2.
