The installation process does not last very long and it does not offer to download any kind of third-party products. Once you complete it, you are met with a pretty minimal and clear-cut interface, as it only consists of a few buttons, some slider bars and a pane to view the uploaded items. It becomes quite clear that all user categories can learn how to handle it with great ease, including those with little or no previous experience with computers.

File extensions you can use

This utility supports a pretty wide range of formats, such as MP3, WAV, MIDI, AVI, WMV and WMA, yet you should know that they can only be uploaded with the help of a file browser, as the “drag and drop” function is not integrated.

Randomize play and sort audio tracks

Some playback buttons are present in the main window, and enable you to play, pause, stop and go to the next or previous audio track, while you can view a list of all uploaded items and sort them alphabetically. The volume and video window size can be adjusted with slider bars, a random mode can be activated, a crossfade effect between songs can be applied and the uploaded directory can be memorized.

Conclusion and performance

It does not hinder the computer’s performance, as it does not require large amounts of CPU and memory usage in order to run properly. The response time is good, the interface is suitable to all users, yet the import capabilities could be better. We did not register any errors or crashes in our tests.
