L4nimation Studio

The L4nimation Studio application was designed to be a convenient program for making 3D character animations for GameMaker games. With the easy controls, everybody should be able to make animations with this program.
Besides L4nimation Studio itself, the download also includes the L4nimation extension + example. With this extension, in combination with a heavily commented example and a solid help file, everybody should be able to integrate this system in their games.
The animation system is kept simple by making rayman kinda characters: the characters have no legs or arms, but do have feet and hands. This gives you as developer a lot of freedom with the animations: you dont have to worry about correct inverse kinematics or other limitations you do have with the conventional skeletton system. Though you do have the freedom to use your own models&skins for the parts of the body.
Usage
The animating is done by creating keyframes. Between these keyframes, the smooth animation is calculated in real-time: you can make the animation as smooth as you want.System requirementsGameMaker
