Magic Phrase Generator Description
Having to process text on a daily basis might get you pretty accustomed to various expressions, so you easily know how to work your way with words. Even so, chances are you get stuck writing a message or feedback, with no idea as to how to put your ideas into words. Luckily, you can use specialized applications like Magic Phrase Generator to fill in gaps and get you out of sticky situations.
Can be used on the go
Before you can enjoy all the application has to offer, it’s best to make sure that .NET Framework is on your computer, even though it comes as a default feature in modern Windows iterations. On the other hand, Magic Phrase Generator doesn’t take you through a setup process, so you can carry it on a thumb drive.
With the main window up, most effort on your behalf consists of picking the right phrase to insert in the target text field. It’s a good idea to load the source document first. Sadly, the application can only process plain text files, and loading one needs to be done through the browse dialog, because dropping it over the main window has no effect.
Poor list of phrases with common expressions
However, it’s also possible to create a new document from scratch in the provided text field. The visual design might make you feel a little cluttered, with no option to resize any components for more comfort. When done, saving the document is also done under the TXT format.
Phrases you get to insert are selected from a list, which can’t be edited. More than that, there isn’t really an impressive variety or diversity of phrases, with some rather poor like simple “Congratulations!â€, or “Why? Because...†with a high chance not to find any strings which can fit in the document or message you want to create.
In conclusion
Taking everything into consideration, we can state that Magic Phrase Generator comes with good intentions, but the variety and amount of phrases it comes with leaves much to be desired. The visual design makes you feel cluttered, while the list of preset phrases can’t be enriched with more entries.
