mail2disk - The Outlook® Add-On for saving and archiving your emails. The version with the complete features of mail2disk, for the professional use in small, middle and large enterprises. In order to support the special needs of teams or working groups, mail2disk Professional is equipped with additional features that make it possible to exchange categories and attributes with other users as well as use common categories for archiving. On one hand, this reduces the administrative overhead, and on the other it guarantees that the archived emails are - throughout the organization - really stored where they should be. However, archiving remains just as simple as with the standard edition. Besides common categories, the user can also use private categories for archiving similar to the Standard Edition. In addition, archiving can be logged in a file, from which the archived emails can easily be accessed directly. With mail2disk you are able to organize and store your emails the way the rest of your information is structured on your hard drive. Save the email where it belongs in terms of content! Either in self-selected folders on your local hard drive, a network drive or any other storage device - "outside" of Outlook®, where you usually store your project- and customer related, but also your private documents / flies.
