Rudimentary interface

It does not provide you with any configuration window, menu, tab or section whatsoever, thus further adding to its simplicity.

Basic memo note

You can rely on this application if you want to create memos without generating standard text files, as this application only saves the information within itself. On the bright side, since it does not generate additional content, it does not require any dependency.
However, there is no way of separating the content you input other than conventional text methods, such as delimiting paragraphs. Therefore, you are limited to typing text into the same window each time and if your entries are rather large, this utility does not provide you with search functions.

Handy password protection

Aside from basic memo creation functions, this application allows you to secure your content with passwords. Prior to setting a password, you need to type it every time you open the program unless you choose to change it. Leaving a blank field removes the encryption method.
To sum it up, MemPad is a simple application that allows you to create non-text file memos directly within the application and protect your content by setting passwords. However, note that you cannot create multiple memos, as this program does not generate additional files, and there are no search functions.
