Microsoft Location Finder Description

Microsoft Location Finder is a software tool that allows you to see your exact location on a map. The program is able to find you with the help of Wi-Fi signals detected around your device.
The application does not necessarily require you to be linked through a Wi-Fi, but an active Internet connection is a must. It can be installed on laptops, desktop computers, and also tablets.
There is no actual main window and therefore, no interface that could confuse or slow you down. When you launch the program, it goes in the system tray and from there, you are able to make changes to it.
If you double click the icon or open the context menu and choose the ‘Locate me’ option, the default browser pops up showing your exact location on an interactive map provided by Bing.
In the context menu you are also able to access the Help contents of the program, to be sure it's being used at full potential. In addition to that, you can change the current settings, namely enabling or disabling the application to automatically run when you log in to Windows. The context menu also permits you to see a few details about the program, like the company that has developed it.
All in all, Microsoft Location Finder is a small and handy tool that can be used to find out your present location.
