Movit

Movit is an efficient and reliable piece of software meant to assist you in quickly transferring files from on folder to another, using your own rules to automate the process.
The application is quite easy to work with, as it integrates into your Windows context menu, enabling you to select a whole folder of documents, then right-click and choose the 'Send to' option. From the sub-menu, you can press 'Movit' and your items are immediately sent to the main window of the program.
Movit allows you to create your own transfer rules, using masks. As such, you can use the asterisk to replace any number of characters in a file's name, and the question mark to match a single arbitrary digit or number.
For instance, if you want to move all the files containing 'Softpaz' in their name, you can place an asterisk before and after the word. Similarly, if you want to transfer only certain formats, you can completely replace their name and only use the extension as a criteria.
Furthermore, Movit allows you to create and work with various rules at the same time, enabling you to edit them however you want, so they can fully serve your purposes. Aside from the transfer conditions, you also need to set the destination folder for all the items you intend to move, which can even be a portable storage device.
By automating the transfer process, Movit lets you batch send large amounts of files matching the specific name criteria you input to a preferred destination. This can prove a significant asset, especially when you are dealing with enormous folders and have difficulty identifying the items you need.
With Movit, you can forget about browsing through endless numbers of files, searching for the one you have to work with. Just select a directory's entire contents, send them to Movit from your shell menu and instantly move the items you need.
