MP3 Splitter/Joiner

MP3 Joiner/Splitter is a program with a pretty self-explanatory title - it allows you to join and split audio tracks with the MP3 extension.
The interface of the tool is very plain and simple to navigate through.  MP3 Joiner/Splitter can be easily used by all users, regardless of their level of experience.
You can import MP3 tracks by using the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported.
So, all you have to do is specify the output file name and destination, in order to proceed with the merging process.
Alternatively, you can select the file that you want to split, choose the destination folder and name, and initiate the splitting process.
The program takes up a very low amount of system resources and quickly finishes a task. However, MP3 Joiner/Splitter seems to have some compatibility issues with Windows 7. For example, it didn't quite manage to join two MP3 tracks (the second file didn't play at all) and crashed when we attempted to split a song.
But it doesn't have these problems on Windows XP. Putting aside the fact that its interface is outdated, we recommend MP3 Joiner/Splitter to all users who are looking for a straightforward program.
