MP3 To Ringtone's primary focus it to help you quickly create ringtones for your mobile phones. It converts audio tracks from MP3 to MMF and WAV, and allows you to cut MP3s.

The software tool runs on a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a conversion job and manages to keep a good sound quality. We have not come across any issues during our testing; MP3 To Ringtone did not freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs. There's also a help file available for first-time users.
On the downside, you cannot configure audio settings (e.g sample rate, channel mode, bit rate), make MP3 To Ringtone minimize to the system tray, or specify the number of CPU cores to be used. Nevertheless, MP3 To Ringtone is a user-friendly audio conversion tool, thanks to its intuitive layout and overall simplicity.
