Nokia AMR Ringtone Converter is a software application with a name that pretty much describes its functionality - it allows you to prepare items for the Adaptive Multi-Rate audio codec format (or AMR) supported by Nokia mobile phones. It supports only the MP3 file type.
The interface of the program is based on a small window and an intuitive layout where you can load an MP3 audio track by using only the file browser, since the 'drag and drop' method is not supported. Unfortunately, you cannot process multiple items at the same time.
The 'what you see is what you get' principle applies to Nokia AMR Ringtone Converter, since there are no hidden features can be found, aside from the ones available in the main application window.

We have not come across any issues during our evaluation; Nokia AMR Ringtone Converter did not freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs.
However, the output audio tracks have a poor sound quality, compared to the initial files. Nokia AMR Ringtone Converter does not integrate program settings, such as making the tool automatically open the output file or directory when the task is done. But we must keep in mind the fact that Nokia AMR Ringtone Converter has not been updated for a long time.
