Daily planner: displays the tasks visually, organized by day and work team.
Monthly planner: displays the tasks visually, organized by month and work team.
Detailed tasks: displays the tasks in a data grid.
Work teams: allows to manage work teams information.
Stored tasks: allows to manage frequently used tasks information.
Projects: allows to manage the information of the projects that will be associated to tasks.
Clients: allows to manage the information of the clients that will be associated to tasks and projects.
Powerful relational database engine ? This database engine takes very few computer resources and provides great data management power:
Integrated in the program, it does not require external libraries.
Powerful data filtering capabilities, that allow to find the information you are looking for in a very fast way.
Data integrity control, for keeping the information safe.
Advanced data grids The information is displayed in data grids with advanced characteristics:
Show the information in table and cards views.
Allow to sort the information by any column or combination of columns, ascending or descending.

You will be able to find records containing some text in any field, or records modified during the last week using the following tools:
Filter (Ctrl-T): this tool filters the records containing some text in any field or in the field of your choice.
Find (Ctrl-F): this tool finds the first or the next record containing some text in any field or in the field of your choice.
Locate (Ctrl-L): this tool allows to locate any number of records containing some text in the description field. As you enter characters in the edit box the program shows all the records matching the entered text.
Unlimited different reports ? This program is able to print an almost unlimited number of different reports, because it prints the exact content of data grids, which can be configured in very different ways (fields visibility, data sorting, data grouping, data filtering).
Work orders associated to tasks can also be printed.
PDF support All program reports, memo fields and rich text documents can be saved to PDF files.
