Multi-WAN

Multi-WAN is capable of superposing multiple Internet connection lines and thus, increase the surfing speed. To be more specific, what this application actually does is assign each connection line to one or more processes that require Internet access.
The application features two different functioning modes, namely the 'Direct connect' mode, also called 'Multi-WAN Bandwidth Share' and the 'Client' mode.
The first one requires your computer to be connected to the Internet and makes it act as a server for other Multi-WAN clients that want to share the Internet connection. In this case, you must select the desired network card and set its corresponding 'Actual Rate' (bytes/second), which is used for proportionally allocating the bandwidth between clients.
The average flow of the adapter is subtracted from the actual rate to obtain the distributed amount for each connection, while also taking into consideration the surplus flow.
The other functioning mode is basically the opposite of the first one. It can be used in situations when the local PC does not have access to the Internet, enabling you to share a connection with other workstations that use Multi-WAN in 'Direct Connect' mode.
In order to do so, you must provide the IP address of the server computer, based on which your system can communicate with the target machine using the TCP/IP protocol. Practically, all the requests that your PC initiates are forwarded to the server and sent to the target address using Multi-WAN, thus allowing you to access the Internet.
The application is also capable of assigning specific communication lines to certain applications or games with the help of the 'process lock network' function.
The functionality of Multi-WAN makes it clear that it is intended for advanced users that have at least basic experience when it comes to networking and managing connections. While it is rather easy to use, understanding what each of its options actually does might take a significant amount of time.
