MultiImageDownloader Description

When browsing the web for images, you might occasionally want to save more than a single image at a time, as all major search engines currently permit you to. MultiImageDownloader can help you bypass this limitation as it allows you to grab as many pics as you found using Google, Bing or Yahoo searches.
The application does not require any installation and it can be stored on a portable USB flash drive, then run whenever need arises.
The interface of MultiImageDownloader is quite straightforward, yet you should first take a few minutes to browse through the documentation as it might provide you with valuable instructions regarding usage.
For example, if you want to use Internet Explorer when looking for images (regardless of the search engine you prefer), you only need to press the Read HTML button so that the search results are correctly interpreted. Then select the target folder and start downloading the images.
However, if you are using a different browser, you need to copy and paste the search URL, then load the HTML within MultiImageDownloader using the dedicated button. The following steps are similar to Internet Explorer, namely specify the output folder and download the pics.
You can also restrict the maximum number of threads, and it is best not to settle for 1 or 2 so as to ensure the download process does not take forever to complete. If you change your mind after you started grabbing the images, you can pause or stop the process with a single mouse click (note that the active threads will be completed).
All in all, MultiImageDownloader can come in quite handy to those looking to grab multiple graphic files from the Internet, as they have been found via Google, Yahoo or Bing.
