MultiTask

MultiTask is a small Windows application designed specifically for helping you keep track of multiple tasks and check out how much time you assign to each one.

Clean feature lineup

You are welcomed by an intuitive GUI that allows you to switch between the Tasks and Charts panel. The tool gives you the possibility to add multiple tasks, remove or rename the selected ones, and clear all tasks with just one click.

How it works

MultiTask gives you the possibility to add a new task by specifying its name, insert subtasks, as well as easily switch from one task to another, thanks to the dedicated buttons.
What’s more, the program keeps a log which provides detailed information about each operation, and empowers you to start or pause the timer for the selected task.

Charts

A smart feature bundled in this application enables you to monitor your time activity with the aid of charts. You are allowed to view the total elapsed time in hours, minutes, or seconds, check out the time assigned for the running task or for all of them, as well as filter tasks by simply excluding or including the desired ones.
Last but not least, the utility lets you print or export the chart to JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF, or GIF file format, and save the tasks to a file, so you can easily upload them in the future.

Performance

Tests have shown that MultiTask carries out a task pretty quickly and without errors. It doesn’t eat up a lot of CPU and memory, so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
