MyUniverse Professional

MyUniverse Professional is a feature rich application you can use to take all kinds of information from various parts of your life and bring them together into one place in a creative, free form, visual and dynamic way which you can use at Home, School or Business. It is a building block application with each block representing a piece of information. The building block parts allow you to organize information in a way that makes sense to you. They can be moved so they can be visually associated with other parts containing related information, and their visual appearance altered so projects will not only integrate your information but can look good too. Included is a rich library of parts. Some parts link to or store files, images or photos. Others link to internet web sites, RSS feeds and even Twitter. Some parts can be used to store notes or track To Do tasks. There are value parts that handle value information which can be manually entered, calculated, stock prices and even one that is capable of retrieving value information from within web pages. There are connectors that can be used to create charts such as organization charts, flowcharts, mind maps and family trees with any type of part being an element in the chart. There is also a scripting part to automate activities in a project. In all, there are more than 25 parts available. Additional features include outlining, layers, slide show/presentation, an integrated web browser and file explorer, alerts and actions. Alerts can be used automatically send an e-mail or a Twitter update based on an event recognized in the project. Actions allow some parts to cause actions to occur on other parts.
