NovaBench

NovaBench is a software program that you can use to benchmark your computer's inner workings, in order to test the hardware's capabilities. It is simple to use, even by less experienced individuals.
The interface of the application is represented by a common window with an uncomplicated window. On the bottom part of the screen, you can view details on your system involving the processor, instructions, memory and graphics.
So, you can run a CPU test when it comes to the floating point or integer operations, or MD5 hashing speed. But you may also perform a GPU test by selecting the resolution (optionally enable full screen mode) and anti-aliasing mode.
Additional tests focus on the hardware (RAM transfer, drive write) and Internet Speed. Plus, you can access the System Information area of Windows, right from the Tests menu, as well as make NovaBench run all tests at the same time. In order for the benchmark to be performed properly, you must exit all current applications.
The benchmarking tool requires a moderate amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and quickly finishes a test. On the other hand, there is no help file available. But NovaBench has not caused us any issues during our tests, such as making Windows hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Thanks to its intuitive features, NovaBench can be handled even by beginners.
