ODF Viewer

ODF Viewer is a simple-to-use program with a pretty self-explanatory name - it allows you to read the content of OpenOffice files, such as Text Documents (ODT), Spreadsheets (ODS) and Presentations (ODP).
The tool is wrapped in a clean and uncomplicated interface where you can import files by using only the file browser, since the 'drag and drop' functionality is not included.
So, you can use the scroll function or two buttons to move the page up and down, as well as set the magnification level and search for particular strings (search backwards, wrap around).
In addition, you can toggle the viewing mode between online, paged and full screen, check out the document source, print items and view file properties (e.g. number of pages, images and tables, date of creation, language).
The lightweight and straightforward tool runs on a moderate amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time, and supports images and other graphical representations. We have not encountered any issues during our evaluation; ODF Viewer did not freeze, crash or display errors. No recent updates have been made.
Although it comes with limited features, ODF Viewer provides a simple solution for viewing OpenOffice files. Thanks to its intuitive layout and overall simplicity, first-time users can easily find their way around this program.
