The Contact Manager and CRM provides ability to track leads, customers and opportunities. It also allows designing and creation of campaigns that can be created via html or microsoft word. Invoicing allows invoices to be created for the time spent on various projects. The Timesheet and HRM (Human resource management) component allows employees to accurately create their timesheet and expenses for internal or project work. It also has approval routing and complies with DCAA. The Issue tracker and support module allows organization to keep track of internal and external issues. It provides features like escalation and web forms. In addition it can be used for organization calendar, document sharing and task management. The enterprise edition also integrates with QuickBooks, Peachtree, Microsoft Outlook and Word.
