Offline Chat Messenger

Our previous version Offline Chat Messenger 1.0 is awesome software, and this is even better. You can still chat without an internet connection, by hooking up your CB Radio, 2 way, or Cell phone... Version 2 has an awesome skin. You can answer your friends Yes Or no question, without any connection needed whatsoever for them to see the answer. The only thing needed is both of your clocks on your computers have to be set for the same time. Your friend will be able to View the message as text, on His/her computer without any connection needed, not even wireless. The paid version is only $24.95 and it will allow you to let your friend know what channel you are on, on the CB radio, without his/her 2 way/cb being turned on. using A cell phone without having minutes on it, and without being connected to Wi-Fi. You will then be able to hook it up, and start chatting. You will need the paid version, for that.
