PlayCap

PlayCap is a small software application whose purpose is to help you open and play files created with any libpcap-based program. The utility is able to play back captures from Wireshark, TCPDUMP, or WinDump.
You do not need to have the aforementioned software tools installed on a target computer because PlayCap is able to play files without them. It can be installed on Windows XP and 7. It can also be deployed on Linux.
