PolarCOMÂ was developed to beÂ an integrated NMEA 0183 marine navigation instrument data bridge and multipurpose data display. It combines background server operation with high quality easy to read and fully customizable digital instrument views, complementary to a chart display of PolarView.
PolarCOM can bridge any NMEA 0183 compatible data. It will understand and display data based on following sentences: GLL,GGA,GSA,GSV,VTG,RMC,DBT.
Available instrument types include:
