After a quick and uneventful setup, you can specify the dedicated folder for sharing documents and you are ready to synchronize the files. It goes without saying that you need to create a Polaris Office account to create your backup and store your personal or professional documents in the cloud.
The application comes with a user-friendly and simplistic interface that you can access from the System Tray. You should know that the app comes four quick buttons that enable you to access the sharing folder, the shared doc, notification window and a chat window, where you can carry out conversations in real-time with friends and colleagues.

Have your documents readily available anytime

You can configure the application to autostart along with Windows or when you open your mobile device. Upon launch and at random intervals, the application checks for modifications and updates anything you altered in the documents. Then again, you should know that you can also do that manually whenever you change information or other details.
It is important to note that the application works only with documents, from plain TXT to Excel databases and PDF files. It would have been nice if the program allowed you to synchronize other types of files and especially images, since you are likely to need them for creating presentations or enhance other documents.

Even though it does not support any other type of file but documents, Polaris Office Sync does a good job and could come in handy for professionals who need to work from different locations and devices because they are on the road most of the time.
