Portable GuardAxon

Portable GuardAxon is a reliable encryption and decryption tool, which supports processing batches of files of any format or size. The program allows you to encode important files and data with the help of several, powerful encryption algorithms, plus a password. It allows you to select the input files by browsing all the folders.

Comprehensive encoding application

Portable GuardAxon is lightweight, requires no installation and can run even from removable drives, which makes it a convenient tool for you to use. It is designed to encode any kind of file using one of the available algorithms and modes, allowing you to set any type of password.
The minimum recommended number of characters is 5, however, the software allows you to set even shorter passwords, at your own risk. The supported encryption algorithms include Blowfish, Twofish, DES, 3DES, AES-128, AES-192 and AES-256. Moreover, you can customize the process by selecting a cipher mode: ECB, CBC or CTR are only a few examples.

Backups and checksum generator

Portable GuardAxon can also work as a folder browser, since it allows you to easily explore the contents of your computer, searching for files to encrypt.
Simply select the desired items from a single folder, choose the algorithm, set the password, then choose additional options before performing the task. You may create a backup of each file, as well as change the extension of the initial file to .GUD.
The program can also encrypt lines of text and generate the checksum for the selected files. Several hash modes are supported, including CRC32, MD5, SHA-256, SHA-1 or SHA-512.

Encoding reports and activity logs

Portable GuardAxon can automatically generate an activity log, that you can view at any time you wish. Moreover, you can open and export activity reports, containing a detailed account of all the actions that were performed: the applied algorithm, the name of the file and its extension. These reports may be exported as PDFs, in XLS or XML format.
