Portable ZPlayer

With Portable ZPlayer you can enjoy listening to your favorite tracks and create playlists in a user-friendly interface with the looks of a beatbox, with speakers vibrating at each bass beat. Built in Java, it can be run on all the major platforms, directly from a removable USB drive, no installation required, without affecting the registry of the host computer.

Simple player with support for multiple formats

The range of audio formats it supports comprises both known and less popular file types, namely WAV, MP2, MP3, MID, FLAC, Vorbis Ogg, MOD files (S3M, MTM, IT, XM, UMX, MO3), Dolby AC3, CDA.
You start by selecting the files you want to include in your personal playlist and choosing whether tracks should be repeated or not once the list is finished. Unfortunately, Portable ZPlayer is not capable of saving playlists, so you'll just have to start over if you want to load a different set of music files.
The playback control set includes options that you can usually find in any similar application, such as pausing, playing or stopping, jumping to the next or previous song.

Additional playback control options

There are additional features designed to provide further control over the playback process. Portable ZPlayer enables you to adjust the volume independently for each audio channel, also featuring channel redirection and automatic or manual amplification control.
Thanks to the integrated 16-band equalizer you can adjust frequency response of the player, while the interpolation and anti-aliasing filters help you obtain optimum audio quality. The application also comes with bass redirection effects, matrix conversion and adjustable FPS rate, buffer length, sample rate and more.

A cross-platform audio player with plugin support

Portable ZPlayer can run on multiple platforms, providing users with an easy to deploy and intuitive audio player with support for various input files. While there is room for improvement, its playback controls are enough to meet the requirements of those who are looking for a simple player that needs no installation.
Its functionality can be enhanced and the range of compatible files can be further extended using plugins (including Winamp-compatible plugins).
