ProEliteDev Description

It can be quite frustrating to have to enter different sets of credentials for every service you log into, but having at least a different password adds a bit more security to your personal details. On the bright side of things, there are various specialized applications like ProEliteDev help you store them in a safe database.

Fill in sets of simple account fields

It doesn’t take long before you get to check out the application’s set of features. A password prompt shows up on first launch. Note that the default password is 123, and you can change it later on. Although this means you need to remember an additional key, it helps keep all credentials safe here. Just make sure that the computer you use it on is fitted with .NET Framework.
Once you write down the initial password, you’re taken to the database, which is empty by default, and doesn’t contain any example fields. On the other hand, the layout is intuitive enough, containing only fields for account name, user name, and password. Note that password fields aren’t masked, so be sure there’s nobody around when adding or editing fields.

Apply filters and search for entries of interest

Changing the default password might be the first step you want to take, just so you don’t forget the default one, or someone else attempts to access your database. All fields are saved on the spot. There’s no possibility to export your records, or reach them directly, even if you add URLs.
The database can easily become overwhelming, given you own multiple accounts. You can easily filter them according to details, by simply pressing the appropriate column headers. It’s possible to jump to a specific entry by writing its number in the filter field, as well as to search by field details.

In conclusion

Taking everything into consideration, we can state that ProEliteDev might not seem to offer much, at least as far as the visual design is concerned, but its simplicity might just be what you need to keep your account credentials safe, especially since the database is protected by a password.
