You can create a list with managers, tenants, tenancies and record their contact information. It also comes with the option to create notes regarding the property, items requiring attention as raised by tenant or manager, create to do's, summarise inspection reports and more.

You can manage transactions related to rent paid. These are typically deductions such as management fees, repairs etc. For each property you can define any number of mortgages.
The mortgage dialog lets you enter a number of mandatory and informational fields. The system splits out principal and interest portions of repayments and calculates these from the information given. The split is needed as, typically, principal repayments are not tax deductable and interest payments are.
