RoboBasket

RoboBasket is an intuitive software that enables you to clear and organize cluttered objects from your desktop or another specified folder, according to preset rules. RoboBasket allows you to set several rules, in order to automate the file arranging process. It can easily move, rename, copy or delete files, based on the rules you set.

User-friendly and reliable file organizer

With RoboBasket, you can clean your desktop or another specified folder, then make sure that all the new files that fit a certain description follow the rule you installed. Each rule involves one or more conditions that you need to specify and several actions that are triggered when the conditions match the file situation.
For example, a condition can refer to a file’s name, type, format, extension, date created, tag, EXIF, or a user defined situation. You can add several conditions to a rule, by dragging and dropping it from the dedicated list. You need to set the connectors “AND”, “OR”, in order to determine if all or only some of the conditions must be matched to trigger the actions. The actions include move, rename, create shortcut, open program or recycle

Install order between cluttered files and applications

Once you create a rule, it acts automatically, while RoboBasket runs in the background. It can easily detect when a certain file meets the conditions, then triggers the action or actions. You may set several rules, each referring to a specific situation, in order to cover most of the possible occurrences.
The software displays all the items stored in a selected folder, including those saved in subfolders, in a table. Each row can contain a marker of which file is affected by a certain rule. This way, you can also view which situation you have missed when creating the rule. The software can apply all the commands on demand, or automatically, as it detects a condition match.

Automatic and schedule procedures

RoboBasket is a reliable software that you can set once and allow to continuously arrange your files. You may set a simple schedule that triggers the software to scan and identify which files match the rules. Thus, the process may be performed every 5 minutes, up to every 8 hours. Moreover, you can set exceptions, by selecting the files you wish to remain unmodified.
