Scroll'r

Scroll'r is designed with just one purpose, namely to ease the everyday work of every computer user by enabling them to scroll the window that is under the mouse pointer, rather than the one that is currently active. The Ubuntu-like scrolling saves you an important amount of time required for finding the needed window and clicking on it in order to activate it.
The application has no actual interface and it doesn’t run in the system tray either, so there is no ‘evidence’ that it is activated. However, it works like a charm. You simply have to double click on the downloaded file and you will surely notice the result when trying to scroll your mouse wheel.
In order to make sure that this feature is active at all times, you can set the application to run at Windows startup.
Having the window that is under the mouse pointer scroll instead of the active one enables you to work with a large number of applications simultaneously, without having to minimize them all the time. Simply move the mouse cursor over the window you want and when the mouse wheel is moved, the window is automatically activated.
Although it does not provide a user interface, Scroll'r can prove to be very useful, especially for those users who are obliged to have multiple windows opened on their desktop.
