Monitor key services:
The Quick Server Monitor allows you to easily monitor IIS Web, FTP, TCP/IP & system services. In addition, custom services can also be added, monitored & automatically restarted.
Monitor key processes:
Alongside services, processes can also be monitored to check that required EXEs are running - e.g. anti-virus software, whilst others are not - e.g. unauthorised Setup programs. These can also be started or terminated automatically.
Monitor TCP/IP Listen Ports:
The internet monitor allows you to ensure that key or custom TCP/IP ports are listening for requests on the server - e.g. HTTP, HTTPS, FTP access etc.
Monitor Server & Application performance:
Ensure key performance parameters are within expected limits - e.g. CPU usage, % Registry in-use, server or logon errors etc. Other performance counters can also be added and monitored, depending on the server software installed.
Monitor errors written to the Windows Event Log & text-based log files:
The Quick Server Monitor allows you to monitor messages written to the Windows Event Logs based on error type, event ID, source or keywords & phrases within the text.
In addition to Event Logs, you can also monitor the entries written to text-based log files.
Monitor available disk space:
To run efficiently, your Windows server, as well as applications such as IIS needs adequate free disk space. Sentry-go can check this for you, clearing down temporary files automatically if free space becomes limited.
