SFCList is a command-line utility capable of listing files protected by SFC (System File Checker). This is Windows mechanism specially developed to protect the system core files from being modified by you or third-party programs, whether it's by accident or on purpose, such as malware attacks whose goal is to lower your OS shields and infiltrate into your PC.
