Simple Invoice Lite is a comprehensive yet intuitive program that comes in handy especially for small and medium-sized companies, to easily generate bills for your customers, and manage the items and stuff, efficiently.

Set up your firm's public details

It's wrapped in an outdated but user-friendly interface divided nicely into several distinct sections, for a quick and practical method to fill in the necessary information.
The first step would be to add your company's info, such as name, address, city, state, zip code, country, phone numbers, and webpage. The logo can also be changed with the corresponding one. The supported image types are BMP, JPG, ICO, and GIF.

Add and handle your clients and staff

From the File menu, you are able to add new customers, by entering their full name, title, the company they work for, address, city, shipping address, notes, sales tax rate, and phone numbers. Plus, you can browse through them using the provided arrows.
For the sales person and carrier, only their names are required, while for the products, the description, unit price, available pieces, and if a sales tax is applied. What's more, you can make multiple databases, and open only the desired one.

Fill in the required information for complete forms

To make a new invoice, you have to pick the client from the drop-down menu, select its ship address, the bill ID, shipment date and carrier, terms (cash, check), along with the item's quantity, title, price, and the tax rate. All the amounts are automatically calculated and displayed on the right.
If the bill was paid already, you can mark it and input the payment type (card, online, check). Unfortunately, there is no option to export the invoice digital version to PDF or DOC file formats, or save it to the computer.
