The application installs quickly and it sports a really intuitive and lightweight graphical interface that makes it easy to navigate through various sections. It doesn't have a help menu, but you can check the developer's website if you're having trouble getting accustomed to the program.
It would have been nice if it had some additional themes that you could apply, but you can check out multiple customization options.

You simply need to start typing in order to create notes on your computer. The application is available in three languages, pick from English, Dutch or Russian. You can navigate and work on multiple documents at the same time, by using tabs.
It comes with the option to change the font style and size or underline words with different color lines. You can also pick from multiple alignment options, like right, left or center. It also lets you find and replace words instantly.

More features and tools

The application lets you change the background color for your documents and you can use the built-in calculator. It also has an extensive settings menu that allows you to change actions for different icons, adjust the view and optimize the application on your computer.
You can set a password to lock access inside the program and create hotkeys. All in all, SimpleNotes is a very useful software solution for creating notes and documents on your computer, that you can easily print.
