SmartBuilder allows you to design customized apps for Android and iOS devices, without requiring advanced programming knowledge, and offers a series of templates to help get you started.

Insert various types of components

Once you have created a project, the program displays an image of an actual mobile phone screen, allowing you to get an idea of what the app would look like when run on a mobile device.
SmartBuilder enables you to add multiple components, which are organized into relevant categories. You can insert buttons, images, text boxes, labels, progress bars or multimedia objects.
Once you have added an object, you can determine its position and appearance, as well as modify various properties.

Multiple available templates

You can choose from a list of templates, in order to speed up your work. They are categorized according to the type of application they are best suited for, such as multimedia, system, game, entertainment or education.
This enables you to start working more quickly, as you can get a general idea of what an app designed to perform a specific function can look like.

Unintuitive interface

While SmartBuilder allows users to create apps without requiring programming knowledge, the program's interface is outdated and frustrating to use. It is not helped by the fact that the quality of the English translation is sometimes lacking, making it difficult to understand what certain functions accomplish.
The component editing menu, in particular, would greatly benefit from a redesign, as it is currently quite difficult to add and modify data.
While the program does offer a wizard mode, it only guides you through the initial stages of app creation.
Overall, SmartBuilder can be a useful tool for those who lack programming knowledge and want to create mobile phone apps, but because of its outdated interface and deficient translation, it is not very user-friendly.
