On the other hand, it can open both DVD content and video files in the following formats: AVI, MPG, WMV, 3GP, MP4, MPEG, FLV, ASF, VOB and MOV.

Otherwise, it runs on low computer resources and doesn't hamper computer performance at all, although we noticed that it sometimes freezes for about one second on Windows 7 machines.

Overall, Smartphone Media Studio is just an average product that performs exactly the same job as all the other freeware solutions out there. Even though it is outrun by similar products out there, its intended purpose is met, proving practical for older phones and operating systems.
