Snappy Invoice System Description
Snappy Invoice System is a feature-rich and intuitive application that comes in handy when you want to create, organize and handle invoices and receipts, along with the customers and products details. It's wrapped in an accessible yet outdated interface divided into a note editor that includes all the necessary fields to create a complex record, a file list and a standard toolbar.
Insert and manage receipts information
When running the utility for the first time, the program asks for a few company information, like the business name, address, phone number, currency, and the sales tax used. In addition, a personalized message can be entered at the bottom of the invoices along with the person in charge from the Sales Department. The required details for making a new bill are the client's name, contact info, email, the date when it was created, the ID number, as well as the term of the purchase (e.g. credit card, cash, check, net amount).
The product list contains all the bought goods and displays the ID, description, quantity, price, and if a tax is applied or not, together with the customized message. Discount and shipping values can be defined and added to the owned total, which is calculated automatically based on various values.
Customize the header and handle the sellers and products
From the "Customer List" menu you can edit and add new clients by inputting their details, such as full name, address, country or zip code, and email. In full edit mode, the app lets you change the information in a basic editor. For products, on the other hand, you need to input the merchandise ID, name, the cost you set, the actual price and the fitting category. It's possible to modify the header the way you see fit using the provided editor.
From within the panel, you can insert another banner in JPG, BMP and GIF image format, and apply formatting elements to the text and image, a specific font type, size and color. In addition, you have the option to set the paragraph alignment, convert letters to uppercase and lowercase, and add bullet lists. The search function helps you to find particular invoices using different criteria.Â
