After selecting the desired process, you need to perform some basic configuration for the task. Mainly, you need to adjust settings from the same three categories: Folders, Options and Status. Only the Options category displays different settings, according to the process type.
The Folders section lets you set paths on your computer for the source folder, the output directory and the error one. The Options menu lets you toggle PDF/A compliance verification, choose your preferred PDF standard, select optimization method, toggle conversion to searchable documents and choose the OCR language.
The Status category provides you with useful information regarding the process, such as the amount of processed jobs, the elapsed time, the status of the task and source, output and error folder paths.
