The tools perform the following tasks: CLEAR - Removes all chat messages from the room and removes 1 smiley face from the bottom. WARN - Delivers a warning to all users and removes 1 smiley face from the bottom. PUNISH - Removes 5 smileys. REWARD - Adds 2 smileys. STAFF LINK - Takes authorized users to the Staff Link Community of Professionals forum to allow the users to connect with other professionals.
