STGS Description
STGuru Web Site Edition (STGS) is an ActiveX component edition of STGuru. Its designed to be used by Web masters to realize real-time transfer between simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese at professional quality for a Web site. Programming interfaces are provided, so users can transfer Chinese characters between any two codes within follow five major code types. Professional quality word adjustments are supported for all these transfers: GBK simplified Chinese, Big5 traditional Chinese, GBK traditional Chinese, Unicode simplified Chinese, Unicode traditional Chinese.
STGS uses the data and configuration prepared directly by STGuru to realize professional quality word adjustment. So its transfer quality is just the same as that of STGuru. At the same time, it has optimized itself so its transfer speed was tuned up to satisfy the requirements for Web users.
