As long as you have .NET Framework installed, you don't need to set up anything else. You can drop the downloaded files to a custom location on the hard drive and simply double-click the .exe to launch the program.
Otherwise, you can keep System Information Gathering Tool stored on a USB flash disk to run it on any PC to collect sys info seamlessly. Worth noting is that it doesn't modify Windows registry settings.
