You will also need to set the default caption, together with a right-click menu and tool bar additional items. Some registry settings are available, like the option to cancel lock to registry editor or to the home page.
In addition, you can clear the history record from the IE, address bar and temporary files. You can also remove the auto table history easily. Other than that, there's the option to make some changes to the browser helper object and set a file path for Java.

In conclusion

All in all, System Tool is a nice tool for making some changes to your Internet Explorer application, but it would have been nice if it had some more features.
It lacks the option to make some additional security changes, to make sure your passwords are protected and personal information isn't at risk. The application definitely needs some more features and tools, as it's too simplistic.
