SysTools NSF Merge

NSF Merge is a comprehensive utility designed for merging multiple NSF files into a single NSF file. The software offers two options in order to merge the NSF database. The Merge option merges the similar folders of multiple NSF files in to a common folder. On the other hand, the Join option combines multiple NSF files under a parent NSF file. The resultant NSF file will contain all the joined NSF files, which will be displayed as separate folders. The users can rename the parent NSF file as per their convenience. In order to make it efficient for the users to manage the NSF file data, the software offers the option to exclude deleted as well as duplicate items from being merged. The remove duplicates option will be enabled in Merge option only. However, the user can prevent the deleted mails from both being merged and joined. The software supports all the versions of Lotus Notes, i.e. Lotus Notes 9.0 and all the below versions. The user can perform the entire merge process in an offline mode as well. A live report of the merging process will be displayed to the user.
