Tabata Clock Description

As far as physical health goes, there is a great number of ways in which you can improve and maintain it.
The most common of all is exercising but even that comes with a very large number of ramifications in the way you can do it. ‘High-intensity interval training’ or ‘sprint interval training’ is one of the ways in which you can both achieve a higher level of physical fitness and maintain your health.
A version of HIIT is ‘Tabata’ which consists of short and energetic workout sessions followed by shorter periods of rest and repeated a certain number of cycles. It’s generally 20 seconds of intense exercise, 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. Keeping track of workout and pause times with a conventional stopwatch is hard enough even if you have someone helping you out. Here and there, some seconds get lost and the exercise loses some consistency.
Tabata Clock is an application designed to help you keep accurate times for your Tabata exercises using an automated timing system. The app displays a more than comprehensive interface which makes it very easy to use.
From its main window you can enter the work and rest times, along with the number of rounds you want to do. It’s all pretty basic and straightforward, things which make Tabata Clock practical.
You can switch it to full screen and have the countdown timers generously displayed on your computer screen. The application also comes with a handy feature that allows you to time workouts that have different types of exercises. For example, you can tell Tabata Clock that you have 2 different types of exercises with 8 repeats each.
In closing, if you’re looking for a way to correctly time your Tabata workouts, then you can certainly use Tabata Clock for that, no matter if you’re at home or at the gym.
