Talking Clock

Talking Clock is a small Windows utility able to notify users what time is it every fifteen minutes.
It comes in handy especially when working on different projects where you need to plan your time for each task, as well as while playing different games for testing your performance and skills during a period of time.
Talking Clock boasts a clean and simplistic layout that displays the time in the primary pane (hour, minutes, and seconds).
The utility doesn’t come packed with any configuration settings, as it automatically tells you details about the time every fifteen minutes.
Additionally, you can make Talking Clock announce the current time displayed in the main window with just one click, and switch to a full screen mode.
On the downside, you are not allowed to specify a user-defined time, choose between a male or female voice, and play sound notifications by uploading audio files from your computer.
A hotkey is available for making the program announce the time, but you cannot reassign it. Since it doesn’t require much computer knowledge to work with this tool, even rookies can set up the dedicated parameters with minimum effort.
During our testing we have noticed that Talking Clock carries out a task very quickly, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such a small utility, it doesn’t put a lot of stress on CPU and memory, so the overall system performance is not affected.
To sum things up, BrowserProtect offers a simple software solution when it comes to announcing the time. It can be easily installed and configured by all types of users, regardless of their experience level.
