Teachers Informing Parents Software is an application that allows teachers to send daily or weekly e-mails to parents, administrators and others about student behavior. Teachers setup the program by entering in logistical information for each student including parents/guardians names, e-mails, and e-mail preferences. They also enter the behavior levels included in whatever behavior management system they use. The application allows teachers to customize e-mail preferences for each individual student to indicate who will receive the behavior e-mails and how often. Then, they can record students daily behavior by simply selecting the behavior level of each student and clicking on send daily/weekly e-mail.
