Can be used on the go

First of all, the application can be easily carried around on a thumb drive in case you need to use it on other computers, because it doesn’t require installation in order to function. The only thing you need to be sure of is whether or not .NET Framework is on the target computer, because TekOTP doesn’t run otherwise.
The process takes little time from start to end. On the one hand, this is thanks to the intuitive design which makes it easy to figure out what all fields stand for, especially since they come with preset values for better understanding. On the other hand, output is generated at the press of a button, and even sent to clipboard to save some time.

Various algorithms and input requirements

One of three different algorithms can be used in the process, such as SHA1, MD4, or MD5. apart from algorithm, you also need to specify a seed, sequence number to use, as well as a valid password. If details remain unchanged, the same key is generated every time.
Output can be delivered in two forms. There’s the possibility to simply use the core function of the selected algorithm to display a string of different characters, with the length determined by the algorithm.
