Tele-Streamer

Tele-Streamer is a freeware Windows tool developed to allow you watch your favorite TV channels online.
While it doesn’t comprise such a large collection of channels, Tele-Streamer relies on what can very well be described as a simple interface, with a clean layout and intuitive options.
TV channels are listed by country, so it’s easy to find the one you’re looking for, but we must admit that a search box could come in very handy.
A favorites menu is also available to access certain channels with ease, and so is a basic options menu that comes with only two options: show elapsed time and show total time.
The problem is the same we’ve seen in all the other Internet TV apps. Since it’s supposed to work with a database of Internet-based streams, some of them aren’t working, so a refreshed channel list with available channels would be a great improvement.
Plus, it seems like Tele-Streamer needs too much time to connect to a selected stream and although it doesn’t slow down the system at all, every single stream loading process takes around one minute.
Of course, it all depends on your Internet connection, as the program works just fine on all Windows workstations out there, regardless of the operating system version.
All things considered, Tele-Streamer is a handy piece of software that needs improvements when it comes to the channels list. Many of the available links are dead, while the program also needs way too much time to connect to a selected stream.
